Each and every item sold on this website is backed by our NewDoar® Guarantee of Satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with any in stock item you order on this website, you may return it, unused and unworn, for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. For detail, please check return, exchange and cancellation policy as below:
1. All problems with orders must be addressed within 30 days of receipt of your order or we will not be able to accept an item for exchange or return.
2. All return or exchange need the prior authorization from us, Please contact email@example.com for authorization and return address before you return it.
3. All returned merchandise will be charged 10% repacking, cleaning & restocking fee.
4. A "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any products.
5. Customized Item cannot be return and refund if it is not a company error.
6. Estimated Delivery Date provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. All orders are handled and shipped according to the handling and shipping method chosen by the customer. We are not responsible for any delivery delay if the customer has chosen an improper shipping method.
7. Requests to return an item due to quality issues, wrong size & color, handling delay and other company error, you must send us photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. After confirmed, we will solve the problem ASAP.
8. Please note that the refund doesn't include shipping cost; also, if the return&exchange is not our fault, we shall not afford the return shipping cost.
9. If return authorized, we will issue the refund within 30 days after we receive your return item.
1. Main steps for exchange is the same as the return policy. Please follow the above instruction.
2. If the exchange is acceptable, the correct item for exchange will be shipped to you once we confirm the item was returned.
1. You can cancel the order if the order has not been shipped out. Once it has left our facility, it cannot be canceled.
2. All custom item cannot be canceled after you place the order because the order is cusotmized only for you and cannot be re-sell.
3. If you wish to cancel an order which has already been shipped out, you must mail the order back after you have received it as a return. Check return policy for detail.
4. Please note that original processing and shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any return shipping.
5. If you refuse to receive the order after we ship out item, the order will be not refunded unless you return it.
